Manuscript letter to Jean Macé - 15 June 1872

Manuscript letter addressed to Jean Macé, of the Société des Sciences in Cannes. In this letter, Tinco Lycklama thanks Macé for accepting him as a titular member of the society. He joins a copy of the first volume of his travel writings (“Voyages…”), but apologizes for the bad quality and many mistakes. He announces a new print run in July and promises a new copy. He also joins a copy of the catalogue of his museum in The Netherlands. Finally, he also joins a few “musical works”.
